We have many years experience in providing transcription for University Research Interviews, Qualitative Research, Focus Groups and Lectures and we also understand the importance of confidentiality for such projects and are happy to provide a Confidentiality Agreement or work with your own Confidentiality guidelines. Our transcripts are provided in 'verbatim' or 'intelligent verbatim' and returned as MS Word documents (rtf if required) in a 'script' style format which identifies each participant by their initials, reference number or name each time they speak. Line numbering may be added throughout the document if required. However, formats are flexible and we are happy to work to your particular requirements to retain your 'house-style'
